Our 2025 Guild Meetings will convene the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the location and times listed below, with the exception of our August and December meetings, which locations will be announced at a later date. In the event of changes to our meeting location and dates, we will announce these changes to our members via email.

Happy Hour/Social Time – 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Meeting – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Suggested Items to Bring:
- Lunch – We take a break for lunch during the meeting, so be sure to bring your lunch or a snack.
- Show N’ Tell – We love to see applique quilts and “oooooh” and “ahhhhh” over them. So, we encourage you to bring your applique quilts to show and share with our group.
- Current Project(s)– Feel free to bring your current handwork applique quilt project(s) to stitch during the meeting.
- Presentations/Demonstrations – See the latest issue of the Plume or our current FP emails for announcements regarding upcoming demonstrations and supplies you need to bring to participate.
- Healing Hearts – Bring your completed Healing Heart Blocks and turn them in to our Healing Hearts Chair. See the Healing Hearts Guidelines on this site for more information.
- Fat Quarters – Bring fat quarters in the designated colors/textures, if you would like to participate. See the Fat Quarter Exchange Guidelines on this site for more information.
- Free Table – Bring quilting and sewing supplies (in good condition) that you no longer need or want and place them on this table, to share with our other members. Suggested items are fabric, books, patterns, rulers, etc., but no magazines, please.
- Special Blocks and Applique Quilt Challenge Projects – Create Special Blocks and Applique Quilt Challenge Projects per the instructions and turn them in at our guild meetings on the designated due dates.
Meeting Etiquette
Gather at our meetings with your best quilting friends, have FUN and the very best time ever, and follow these general protocols and meeting etiquette:
- Please turn off all cell phones.
- No selling of personal items.
- No distribution of personal and/or business-related handouts, flyers, or business cards.
- No collection of money for services rendered.
