MEMBERSHIP

  • Our membership is open to everyone who enjoys and loves applique; and we welcome you to come, visit, and spend some time with us.
  • Our membership extends to the farthest boundaries of Tampa Bay, with Feather Princesses coming from Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties to regularly attend our meetings and other guild activities. Plus we have several members who reside in other states.
  • We gladly welcome our guests to attend two meetings before joining.
  • Our guild operates year-round, August – July.
  • The yearly membership dues are $50, due in August of each year. The membership dues are $25.00 (pro-rated), if you join March – May.

Because of our diversity and broad range of appliqué interests and knowledge, talents, and skills, we get together each month not only at our wonderful guild meeting, but at different quilt circles and specialty appliqué quilt groups as well.

We are so grateful for each other and the love that permeates our group; and we keep our feet firmly planted, seeking appliqué opportunities wherever they may be found.

Membership Renewal: 2025-26

Our membership renewal process will run from August 2025 – July 2026:

  • You may renew your Feather Princesses membership dues (for 2025-2026) in person at our monthly guild meetings or by mail (see payment instructions below) any time now through mid-August.
  • The deadline to renew your membership is our August Guild Meeting (the second Wednesday, as usual).
  • The Feather Princesses who pay their dues by this date will be included in our 2025-2026 Membership Directory, which we will distribute starting at our October guild meeting.

Cost of Dues and Membership Form:

  • Membership dues for our current Feather Princesses members – $50
  • Membership dues for our lovely Lifetime members (90 + years young –  Free
  • Membership dues for new members – $50.  Note: Membership dues are $25.00 (pro-rated), if you join March – May.
  • If any of your personal information has changed, please print and complete the Membership Form (click here) or mail it along with your Membership renewal payment. Please check the “Update Member Info” box on the form to indicate that your personal information has changed. 

Payment Instructions

  • To renew your membership, you may pay by:
      • Credit/debit card
      • Cash
      • Check, payable to “The Feather Princesses” and please write “Dues” on the memo line of the check.
  • If you plan to attend our Lake Yale Retreat, PLEASE DO NOT combine your retreat payment with your dues payment. PLEASE write a separate check to pay to attend the retreat. You may of course turn in both checks in the same envelope.
  • If you are unable to attend our guild meetings this summer and you want to renew your membership, you may mail your payment to our Treasurer at the address below:
